Finishing well!

From March to May, we are pleased to have 6 interns and they have successfully completed their internships.

 “How fast time flies! So the internship of final-year college students ended. For the time being, when reading the last lines which these interns wrote to us, I cannot stop being moved and grateful to God. Thank God that they feel the love at L.O.V.E and had the joy of helping others!

In that short period of time, they could experience really what we are doing and show their love and care to poor children. They all together participated in our work related to the sponsorship program, field trips, translation and even office repainting. Despite of such a short period, it also left me with memories that will probably be hard to fade.

These nice interns, they showed their gratitude to us and say that they got a lot of help, guidance, love and valuable experience from L.O.V.E, yet they don’t know that I – one of their supervisors- learned a lot of things during that period as well. Thank God!

Saying bye-bye to them, I suddenly somewhat had a lump in my throat. I do hope all of them will receive the love of God for them – the wondrous love that they have never experienced before. Pray as we will collect school reports from the children this month. Once this is finished and tabulated, we will determine their grade level for next school year, purchase textbooks and uniforms for each child and with family sponsorships, their siblings and will distribute them in July if nothing too special changes. We will also send sponsors a progress report.

Pray for the distribution of sponsorships in the new area this month - Hoa Khanh Nam – the North of the city. This area is separated from the Central area (SCP) and currently has about 40 families receiving our help in that area.

New! Pray for our Medical program. This month we will supply more medicines for 4 areas that we have supported medicine cabinets.
