good and faithful servant."

It is with great sadness we inform you that our Founder and Board
President,
Mr. Reggie Coward, passed away on September 15, 2021
Reggie lived a devoted life to demonstrate the love of Jesus
Christ through the love for and service to the poor and needy,
to give them hope not only in this lifetime but for all
eternity. And that is the very reason why
L.O.V.E.
exists.

ONLINE MEETINGS WITH
SPONSORED CHILDREN
IN AUGUST & SEPTEMBER
|
Due to the social
distancing situation we have not been able to meet the families
in person at the meeting places as usual, so over the past two
months we have held meetings to update all the situations of
families on the online application.

Life is full of
surprises. Doors that had to be closed, streets empty of people,
places that were once filled with laughter and now no more - are
things we never thought of. But that’s what’s going on.
Some passed away
in solitude, some stay in tears. Some are struggling to fight
until their last breath. No matter how strong we are, there will
be times when we find ourselves so helpless and weak, unable to
do anything before certain events, surprises and losses in life.
Even so, in
those extreme difficulties, love is still like a flame that
never fail. There are always hands outstretched to help. Young
men and women are willing to contribute their strength.
Neighbors share what they have. What is more wonderful than that
on earth. People love and live to love each other.
Well, social
distancing is necessary, but relational distancing is not. The
city can be in lockdown, but people’s hearts are still open. And
soon, doors will open, streets will be crowded, and smiles will
be on the lips again.
