(1 John 3:16-18,NKJV):  By this we know love, because He laid down His life for us.  And we also ought to lay down our lives for the brethren.  But whoever has this world's goods, and sees his brother in need, and shuts up his heart from him, how does the love of God abide in him?
My little children, let us not love in word or in tongue, but in deed and in truth.
This is the scripture that compels us.

Grace to you and peace from God the Father and our Lord Jesus Christ,

When I think of Sodom, I think of perversion. There was great perversion, but look at Ezek. 16:49: "Look, this was the iniquity of your sister Sodom: She and her daughter had pride, fullness of food, and abundance of idleness; neither did she strengthen the hand of the poor and needy. Four things are listed: 1. pride 2. fullness of food 3. abundance of idleness 4. did not help the poor and needy

Last month we were blessed by Tony Brewer, director, of "A Helping Hand Adoption Agency" and Peter, from their China office. They are far more than an adoption agency. They build orphanages, schools, fund foster care and more. You can check their web sight at http://www.worldadoptions.org
Below are a few photos of their visit.

Above, left to right is: Tony holding one of many orphans we visited; Peter as the oldest student at The Garbage Dump School; and me holding one of our street children.

Open Doors
Not long after Tony left, we had an opportunity to help in a medical mission to Tien Phuoc District of Quang Nam. There was a team of 10 doctors and 20 nurses from DaNang Hospitals. We left DaNang at 7 A.M. and returned to DaNang at 9 P.M. Over 1000 children were treated at 3 locations. Tien Phuoc is a very poor district in the western part of Quang Nam. It is mountainous and has over 700 handicapped children. See the photos below.

These are only a few of the over 800 children that were treated and provided medicine, vitamins, food, and milk. Please don't hurry over these pictures. Each child is precious. They deserve your attention and your prayers. Allow God to tell you their special needs.

This month:
December 2-9, Doug Oyen of Global Relief Resources is bringing a team of 3 doctors, a dentist and support people from the U.S. They will work with some Vietnamese doctors and will treat several thousand from the garbage dump and surrounding area.
Later in the month Rex and Janet Scarp of "This I Know" Family Builders will come to DaNang for a Christmas party for our poor children here.
Pray for more to know Jesus
Pray for God to provide more funds to help more poor.
Pray for December activities.
Pray that the children will learn the true meaning of Christmas

Please include a GIFT and Blessing to a poor family or person this CHRISTMAS SEASON.

Blessings, Reggie, Chi, and Duc
