MY FAMILY:

My family consists of my parents, two younger brothers, and me. Currently, we live in a very cramped rented room because my parents cannot afford a larger one. After undergoing three C-sections, my mother’s health has significantly weakened. She frequently falls ill and suffers from severe spinal pain, which prevents her from working. Instead, she stays home to take care of household chores and pick up my siblings and me from school.  My father is the main breadwinner of the family, working various odd jobs such as electrical repairs, construction cleaning, and food delivery. However, his income is low and unstable. It is truly a heavy burden as my father alone cannot cover all the family expenses, including my mother’s medical bills, rent, and my siblings' and my school fees.

MY STUDY:

I am in the 6th grade, while my two younger brothers are in 5th and 3rd grade. We all love going to school. My siblings and I often get good marks and receive praise from our teachers.  I am an energetic and outgoing boy. In my free time, I enjoy playing soccer with my friends. My parents always encourage us to study hard so that we can have a brighter future.  I sincerely hope for a helping hand so that I can continue my education to the end and help my family escape poverty. Please help me!

L.O.V.E.'s Note:  Hieu Nghia and his younger brothers are all well-behaved and eager to learn. They achieve fairly good results at school despite not attending extra classes. A family sponsorship is highly recommended.
