MY FAMILY:

My family used to have 5 people including my parents, 2 siblings, and me. Although my family was quite poor, we lived together very happily. Unfortunately, my father passed away a few months ago due to drowning. His sudden passing left us with great sadness and loss. My mother became the main breadwinner in the family. She worked as a cleaner but her income was unstable and low. My eldest brother has to leave school early. Now he has difficulty finding a job because he is not old enough to work. My younger sister and I are going to school, which is my mother's biggest burden. My mother alone cannot bear the family expenses as well as our studies fees.

MY STUDY:

This school year, I am in grade 4. I have been an excellent student for 3 consecutive years. I love my study and am an active boy at school. I like playing football. I really love my mother and know that she is struggling a lot for our family. Therefore, I always try hard to study so as to make my mother pleased. I do not want to stop schooling halfway. I long for a helping hand so that I can finish my study and my mother’s burden is somewhat released. I really appreciate it!
