| Love Of Vietnam Expressed By Helping the poor and needy
Web page: www.loveofvietnamexpressed.org | (1 John 3:16-18 NKJV) By this we know love, because He laid down His life for us. And we also ought to lay down our lives for the brethren. But whoever has this world's goods, and sees his brother in need, and shuts up his heart from him, how does the love of God abide in him? My little children, let us not love in word or in tongue, but in deed and in truth.

This month, LOVE has two very important decisions to make.
| ||||||||||||||||||||||||
Sponsor a Child
Background: For 2 years, LOVE has prayed and pondered about this. We have felt that to do this right, we need to encourage both parties to communicate with each other. Commitment: LOVE will try its best to: 1.Fulfill all of the above 2. Performs evaluations reports twice a year for each child. 3. Always be here to answer your questions about our children. 4. To inform you of personal needs of your child as prayer request.
| Below is a list of the average cost
1. $20 a month keeps a child in school, provides sandals, clothing, school uniform, text books, medical/dental care, food to feed a child, etc. 2. $40 will buy a bicycle 3. $15 can provide glasses for a child 4. $50 can dig a well, roof a house or rent a house 5. $60 will buy a gas stove. Most cook over wood or charcoal fires, filling the house with very unhealthy black smoke. 6. $600 builds a 450 ft2 house for a family Add $100 per family member over 3 to build a larger house. ************************************* $75 a month will provide a home for 6-10 university students coming from poor Christian families in the country side.
LOVE’s Financial Contributions As you know Hong, our financial officer, and her family will move to Vietnam in a few months. We have tried but have been unable to find someone to replace her. In sharing this need with many of you, it has been suggested that we move our financial operation under another organization.
