| Love Of Vietnam Expressed, Inc. By Helping the poor and needy Web page: www.loveofvietnamexpressed.org | (1 John 3:16-18 NKJV) By this we know love, because He laid down His life for us. And we also ought to lay down our lives for the brethren. But whoever has this world's goods, and sees his brother in need, and shuts up his heart from him, how does the love of God abide in him? My little children, let us not love in word or in tongue, but in deed and in truth. | Official Newsletter of LOVE March 2005 | The Challenge has Begun! 2004 is over and LOVE did far more than ever before. Christmas, New Year, and Tet (the Chinese Lunar New Year) are passed and we were able to provide special gifts to over 800 children and families. My visit to the U.S. is over. I visited friends and family in the Tampa Bay area of Florida. I visited United Gospel Church, my home and supporting church, and many friends in Pensacola, Fl. Finally I visited my daughter in Grifton, N.C. I am happy to say that her husband is recovering well after surgery to remove a cancerous kidney. He is a firefighter and police officer in Kinston, NC. I had hoped to visit so many more, but after attending to some business there was not enough time. I hope next trip I can bring my family and have more time. There were so many more friends I wanted to visit. Thanks to all of you for your prayers. | Below is a collection of pictures takes on my trip to the U.S. in February | | | | Andrea, Tina, & Nathanael | Tina's Drew at work | Chandler & Vincent home school |

Note: LOVE has many applications for assistance that we had to turn down because we do not have the funds. However, we add families we hear God tell us to accept, even though funds are not available, and trust Him to provide. *Includes staff and 30 children | Needs Donators who can donate $10-$20 each month. It cost $8-10 a month to keep a child in school depending on location and grade level. This provides a uniform, school books, and school fees. We really want to expand our Board of Directors. We especially need 2 or 3 people who can visit our work in Vietnam and not only make suggestions to improve, but also share the needs back home.
| We need more churches to commit to supporting our work, especially with prayer. Please share our work with the church. Print and post a copy of this Newsletter. Pass out copies to family and friends and ask them to pray for Vietnam. Post and give out our web site address, including adding us as a link from other sites. Ask us to send a CD with a presentation of LOVE in Vietnam and show it at church, at civic meetings, have a LOVE party at your house or any one's home who is willing to show it. It is 31 minutes long and can be shown on most computers. Make copies of the CD and give to churches, family, friends, etc. The CD has many beautiful slides of Vietnam as well as many of the children we help.
| God's Promise: (Psa 41:1 NKJV) Blessed is he who considers the poor; The LORD will deliver him in time of trouble. Meditate on these: Mt 25:32-40 NKJV "All the nations will be gathered before Him, and He will separate them one from another, as a shepherd divides his sheep from the goats. "And He will set the sheep on His right hand, but the goats on the left. "Then the King will say to those on His right hand, 'Come, you blessed of My Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world: 'for I was hungry and you gave Me food; I was thirsty and you gave Me drink; I was a stranger and you took Me in; 'I was naked and you clothed Me; I was sick and you visited Me; I was in prison and you came to Me.' "Then the righteous will answer Him, saying, 'Lord, when did we see You hungry and feed You, or thirsty and give You drink? 'When did we see You a stranger and take You in, or naked and clothe You? 'Or when did we see You sick, or in prison, and come to You?' "And the King will answer and say to them, 'Assuredly, I say to you, inasmuch as you did it to one of the least of these My brethren, you did it to Me.' | The children here in Vietnam need your prayers and your help! | PLEASE HELP A CHILD THIS MONTH | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | |
